Another Great Experience

Perfect Order! Quickly processed and quickly delivered by UPS! For whatever reason, I do not have USPS service, so it is a blessing when it comes via UPS. The package even had a built in raincoat and was delivered a hard rain shower! Very good experience. I buy Hav-A-Tampa Jewels Sweet for the flavor and almost as important for product consistency.

Why these folks are good

Why do I keep going back here to buy my cigars? They don't (I don't think) have anything to do with the quality of the cigars. What they do, is take the order, get it right and somehow get it to my door in an incredibly short amount of time. Time and time again. It seems too simple, but I have had many bad experiences at other places, so I go with the one that knows what it is all about.

I received the cigars my husband can not find them at any store in Orlando or kissimmee ..hoping they last him a long while..and wish they would of got here sooner..it took4 days..but thank you

The cigars are fine, however CLCO has gotten lazy on their shipping. I ordered them on Monday morning, they weren't shipped until Friday, I haven't received them yet, and on Saturday I get a request for a review. Honestly I think you have to do better.
